Rev. Lee & Cassie Leatherwood
Rev. Kendall & Lenzi Beck
Rev. Lee & Cassie Leatherwood currently serve the Dilworth Church of God as Children's Pastors. They have served in Children's Ministry together for the last 19 years. They have been a part of the Dilworth family since 2003.
Pastor Lee grew up in Rainbow City in northeast Alabama and Mrs. Cassie just a few miles away in Ashville. They attended the Rainbow City Church of God (now CityChurch Gadsden) as teenagers where Pastor Lee would begin his ministry as a Sunday School teacher, audio/video technician and youth leader. Both of them were avidly involved in children's ministry, outreach ministry and the music ministry.
Shortly after getting married in August 1998, they moved to the South Gadsden (now Safe Harbor) Church of God where they would serve as directors of the young adult ministry. While there, Pastor Lee also served on the Church & Pastor's Council, as the Vice President of the Men's Fellowship and was a member of the finance committee.
In 2001, God opened the door for Pastor Lee & Cassie to take their first position as Children's Pastor at Living Water Ministries Church of God in Ashville. They served in that role until 2003 when they joined the Dilworth family. In the early days at Dilworth, Pastor Lee served as the Director of Media & Technology, a role where he still works and Mrs. Cassie was the church secretary. Now an Ordained Minister, Pastor Lee and Cassie began serving as Children's Pastors in 2009 when they began their formal training in ministry.
